gigabyte gc wb867d i bluetooth installation

I've installed the software that came with the mobo to try properly set stuff up with Windows 10 but it's not working. I'm running Windows 10 Education Edition. This is really throwing me for a loop and any help would be greatly appreciated. The really interesting part though is that there's a USB drive on the card for some reason, and when I plug my mouse receiver into that the mouse works. There's not even an option for wireless networks. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver half a dozen times to no avail. It's a Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I, and as far as I can tell the computer just doesn't know it's there. So I just got the last few components and have successfully assembled my first build ever! Shockingly, everything seemed to work on the first try, but I'm having an issue with the wireless card.
